Places are complimentary and offered at Helm's discretion to founders and CEOs who meet the stated criteria. A place is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Places are personal and cannot be transferred. If you can no longer attend, cancel using the link in your email as early as you can so we can offer the place to someone else. Guests who do not attend without letting us know may not be offered a place at future events.

What is said at the table stays at the table: guests agree not to share other guests' challenges or business details outside the dinner, and not to use the evening to pitch products or services.

Helm may photograph its events; we will ask before taking any photo that includes you.
